I’ve been there, numb after the loss of my father, experiencing constant medical issues, unfortunate physical assault, and the violence of an ever-grinding capitalist machine in both academics and my career (and even some of my friendships).

I started getting sick, losing energy, then losing focus, then losing hair, and soon after, losing hope. It started to feel like I would only ever be struggling to come up for air while it seemed like everyone else could relax and even thrive.

It is through countless hours of study, practice, and a commitment to restorative rituals that I have been able to (continue to) return to homeostasis. This goes beyond self care; it’s about finding yourself. Finding yourself as the years and environments change you, and forming supportive habits that turn into rituals that turn into a magickal fulfilling life that carefully nourishes your well-being.
